Moist Lemon Cake

Ingredi ents  

100g margarine

75g caster sugar

2 eggs

175g self-raising flour

½ jar lemon curd

   

Method

1. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade. Grease a loaf tin.

2.   Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together for about 5 minutes

3.   Pour the cake mixture into the prepared tin level the top.

4.   Bake for approximately 40 minutes until browned.

 

N.B. This cake gets moister the longer you leave it, if you can!!!
