This
may be that you have a low credit score. This means that the organisation where
you applied for credit has used a credit reference agency to look at your credit
rating. You can ask the shop/organisation which credit reference agency they
used and write to them asking for the file they have on you. Credit Expert is
offering a free credit report at the moment.* Otherwise you will have to pay a
small low fee for your file. Check your file and if you think your record has
incorrect information about you on it, you can ask the credit reference agency
to put it right.
