Method

·         In a large pan, place the bacon, oil, garlic and onion. Sauté until softened. Add the minced beef and cook until browned, drain excess fat.

·         Add the remaining ingredients, except spaghetti and cook for about 20 minutes. Season to taste.

·         Cook the spaghetti in lightly salted boiling water for about 10 minutes.

·         Drain, then serve topped with the above sauce and some grated cheese.
