Method
·
Place
the brandy snap baskets on a serving plate.

Spoon 2
– 3 tsp fromage frais into the base of each basket. Then, place the fruit of
your choice on top of the fromage frais. Try to make these as close to eating
them because the baskets will soften.

Serve
with a little icing sugar sprinkled over the top.
